Floristkey Responsibilities

• Design and create bouquets, floral arrangements, centerpieces, and decorative displays for retail orders, corporate clients, events, and landscaping projects.
• Select appropriate flowers, plants, and foliage based on client preferences, seasonal availability, project themes, and environmental conditions.
• Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers and plants through proper watering, pruning, conditioning, and general care.
• Collaborate with landscape designers, sales teams, and project managers to incorporate floral elements into outdoor and event spaces.
• Consult with clients to understand their requirements and recommend creative floral concepts that align with their vision and budget.
• Prepare, organize, and monitor inventory of flowers, plants, containers, and floral supplies, ensuring timely replenishment of stock.
• Execute floral installations and on-site setup for events, corporate functions, weddings, and client projects.
• Ensure all floral materials are handled, stored, and presented according to the highest quality and hygiene standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while adhering to company procedures.
• Contribute innovative ideas for seasonal collections, promotional displays, and custom floral designs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Florist or in floral arrangement and design.
• Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, floral care techniques, and arrangement styles.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Good communication and customer service skills with the ability to understand client needs.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Physically fit and capable of handling standing work, lifting materials, and working outdoors when required.
• Previous UAE experience is preferred.
• Immediate availability to join will be an advantage.
