Key Responsibilitiesstrategic Planning & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Assess client requirements and propose tailored landscaping solutions.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across commercial, residential, and government sectors.
- Conduct presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
- Provide customized solutions that align with client needs and project objectives.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive planning and execution.
- Negotiate commercial terms that deliver value for both clients and the company.
- Monitor sales performance and refine strategies to maximize results.
Marketing & Brand Representation
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services and showcase project portfolios.
- Represent PTWL at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with operations and project teams to ensure seamless project execution and high client satisfaction.
- Support team development by sharing knowledge and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the landscaping or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of landscaping services, UAE market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset with a strong focus on achieving results.
- **Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle (mandatory).**
