Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and proactive **Business Development Executive – Landscaping** to drive business growth and expand our client portfolio across the UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, preparing competitive proposals, and securing landscaping projects across commercial, residential, and government sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE landscaping industry, excellent sales skills, and a passion for delivering value-driven solutions.

Strategic Business Development

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue, market share, and long-term growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Assess client requirements and recommend tailored landscaping solutions that align with project objectives.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and government entities.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms while maintaining strong client relationships.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business development KPIs.
  • Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting through project award.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, monitor performance, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, proposals, and client feedback to secure new business.

Marketing & Brand Representation

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the company's landscaping services and project portfolio.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, industry forums, and client meetings.
  • Strengthen brand awareness and maintain a professional company image within the market.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with estimation, design, operations, and project teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
  • Support internal teams by providing market intelligence and client feedback.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and foster a collaborative working environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum **3 years of UAE experience** in business development, sales, or account management within the landscaping, construction, or related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing new business opportunities.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE landscaping market, procurement processes, and industry trends.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to identify client needs and develop value-driven solutions.
  • Strong commercial awareness and market analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Valid UAE Driving Licence and own vehicle (mandatory).
  • Willingness to travel across the UAE for client meetings, networking events, and site visits.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
