We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow sales for Perfect Blend Café and Perfect Roses, while also supporting upcoming event-related business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will focus on customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business opportunities for Perfect Blend Café and Perfect Roses
- Promote café services, floral products, and event solutions to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual, corporate, and event clients
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, conduct follow-ups, and close sales
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery
- Support sales initiatives for the events division
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client information
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role (experience in F&B, floral, or events industry preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven, customer-focused, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales objectives
- Knowledge of the local market is an advantage
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, email, CRM tools)
- Valid driving license is preferred
