Sales Executive – Floristry

Overview

Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients, event planners, hotels, wedding organizers, and individual customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and client referrals.
• Actively seek new markets and sales channels to expand the customer base and achieve revenue targets.

Sales & Client Management

• Understand client requirements for weddings, events, corporate functions, gifting, and special occasions.
• Recommend suitable floral designs, bouquets, and customized arrangements based on customer preferences and budgets.
• Prepare quotations, conduct timely follow-ups, negotiate pricing, and successfully close sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining profitability.

Order Coordination & Operations

• Liaise closely with florists and operations teams to ensure customer orders are executed accurately and delivered on schedule.
• Coordinate order processing, production timelines, and delivery arrangements to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor ongoing orders and provide proactive updates to clients when required.

Customer Service

• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales process, from inquiry to post-delivery follow-up.
• Provide expert guidance on flower selection, arrangement styles, seasonal availability, and flower care.
• Address customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales within the UAE; experience in the floral, gifting, event, or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of flowers, floral arrangements, event décor, and customer preferences.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a professional and approachable personality.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple client requests, and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Excellent coordination, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
