Sales Executive/ Business Development Executive
About This Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow sales for Perfect Blend Café and Perfect Roses, while also supporting upcoming event-related business opportunities. The ideal candidate will focus on customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and develop new business opportunities for Perfect Blend Café and Perfect Roses.
- Promote café services, floral products, and upcoming event solutions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual, corporate, and event clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, conduct follow-ups, and close sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct basic market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
- Support sales initiatives for the upcoming events division.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client information.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role (experience in F&B, floral, or events industry is preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, customer-focused, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales objectives.
- Knowledge of the local market is an advantage.
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, email, CRM tools).
- Valid driving license is preferred.
