About This Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to develop business opportunities for both Perfect Blend Café and Perfect Roses. The role focuses on sales growth, client relationship management, floral workshop delivery, and promoting our café and floral experiences across the UAE market.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Generate and develop new business opportunities for café services, floral products, and event offerings
  • Promote café experiences, floral arrangements, and gifting solutions to individual and corporate clients
  • Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and convert them into sales
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and individual customers
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Gather client feedback and share insights with management

Floral Workshops & Events

  • Plan, organize, and conduct floral workshops for individuals, groups, and corporate clients
  • Develop creative, seasonal, and event-based workshop concepts
  • Deliver engaging workshop experiences to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Support workshop logistics including materials, setup, and scheduling

Market & Business Support

  • Conduct basic market research to identify trends and business opportunities
  • Monitor competitors and share insights with management
  • Assist in developing new service ideas and customer experiences

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with internal teams (kitchen, florists, operations) for smooth service delivery
  • Maintain accurate sales records and track performance
  • Prepare basic sales and activity reports for management review

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar customer-facing role
  • Experience in floral business, floral design, or gifting industry (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience conducting floral workshops (mandatory)
  • Background in F&B, floral, events, or hospitality industry (preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
  • Target-driven and customer-focused mindset
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM systems
  • Good understanding of the UAE market (advantage)
  • UAE driving license (preferred)
