Sales Executive/ Business Development Executive
About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business for Perfect Blend Café and Perfect Roses
- Promote café services, floral products, and event solutions to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual, corporate, and event clients
- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Plan and conduct floral workshops for individuals, groups, and corporate clients
- Create engaging seasonal and event-based workshop concepts
- Deliver workshops to enhance customer experience and brand awareness
- Conduct basic market research to identify trends and business opportunities
- Share customer insights and feedback with management
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery and events
- Support workshop logistics (materials, setup, scheduling)
- Maintain sales records, track performance, and prepare basic reports
Requirements
- Experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
- Floral business or floral design experience (preferred)
- Experience conducting floral workshops (mandatory)
- F&B / floral / events industry experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Target-driven and customer-focused
- Basic Excel, email, CRM knowledge
- UAE market knowledge (advantage)
- UAE driving license (preferred)
