Design and launch US equity and mStocks capabilities in coordination with external partners and internal teams.

Product and trading delivery

  • Plan Direct Stocks and Tokenized Stocks modules covering accounts, assets, trading, market data, clearing and settlement, and corporate actions.
  • Integrate APIs and business workflows with overseas brokers, clearing houses, custodians, and tokenized-stock issuers; test end to end and launch products.
  • Design market, limit, and conditional orders and pre-market, regular, post-market, and overnight trading sessions.
  • Define buying power, order freezes, execution debits, and unsettled cash management.
  • Design quote displays, NBBO, price protection, and fallback mechanisms for anomalous market data.
  • Address dividends, stock splits, reverse splits, mergers and acquisitions, and delistings.
  • Integrate with account hierarchy, cash accounts, and trading engines; design deposits, FX conversions, transfers, settlements, reconciliations, and withdrawal restrictions.
  • Design mStocks issuance, redemption, minting and burning, custody, price pegging, liquidity, and on-chain trading workflows.
  • Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Finance, Risk Management, R&D, and Operations on approvals, suitability, and risk strategies.
  • Research competitors and produce analysis reports and product iteration roadmaps.

Experience and domain expertise

  • At least 3 years in trading products, with strong experience in US stocks, securities trading, brokerage services, tokenized stocks, or RWA products.
  • Deep familiarity with Direct Stocks and the roles of brokers, introducing brokers, clearing brokers, custodians, and market makers.
  • Proficient in securities workflows: orders, fills, positions, buying power, T+1 settlement, unsettled cash, omnibus and sub-accounts, pre-funding, net settlement, reconciliation, corporate actions, and dividend tax rules.
  • Thorough understanding of US trading sessions, order types, Time in Force, circuit breakers, NBBO, SIP market data, and price protection.
  • Solid understanding of tokenized-stock and mStocks architecture, including on-chain issuance, reserves, redemptions, liquidity, and price pegging.

Product and communication capabilities

  • Able to independently design business workflows, product architectures, state machines, exception handling, and reconciliation frameworks.
  • Excellent English communication for direct coordination with overseas brokers, vendors, and partner institutions.
  • Analytical about trading details and fund safety, with strong cross-functional alignment and complex project management capabilities.

Benefits

  • Study Growth Fund supports professional development and continuous learning.
  • Internal team-building activities, workshops, and events are offered.
  • The role includes global collaboration and opportunities for career advancement and internal mobility.
