Role overview

Bybit is hiring an RWA Product Manager to plan and deliver direct stock and tokenized stock products.

The scope includes US stock trading, product integrations, financial workflows, and tokenized stock mechanisms.

Direct stock product delivery

  • Plan products covering accounts, assets, trading, market data, clearing and settlement, and corporate actions.
  • Integrate with overseas brokers, clearing houses, custodians, and tokenized stock issuers; manage APIs, business workflows, testing, and launches.
  • Design US stock order types, trading sessions including overnight trading, fund management, market-data protections, and corporate-action handling.

Platform and financial workflows

  • Integrate stock products with existing account hierarchy, cash accounts, and trading engines.
  • Design workflows for deposits, FX conversions, transfers, settlements, reconciliations, and withdrawal restrictions.

Tokenized stocks and collaboration

  • Define mStocks issuance, redemptions, minting and burning, custody, price pegging, liquidity, and on-chain trading workflows.
  • Work with Compliance, Legal, Finance, Risk Management, R&D, and Operations on approvals, suitability, and risk management.
  • Research competitors and create product iteration roadmaps.

Experience and domain knowledge

  • At least 3 years’ trading-product experience in US stocks, securities trading, brokerage services, tokenized stocks, or RWA products.
  • Deep knowledge of the Direct Stocks business model and brokers, introducing brokers, clearing brokers, custodians, and market makers.
  • Proficiency in orders, fills, positions, buying power, T+1 settlement, unsettled cash, account structures, prefunding, net settlement, reconciliation, corporate actions, and dividend tax rules.
  • Thorough understanding of US trading sessions, order types, Time in Force, circuit breakers, NBBO, SIP data, and price protection.
  • Solid understanding of tokenized stock architecture, on-chain issuance, reserves, redemptions, liquidity, and price pegging.

Product and communication capabilities

  • Independently design workflows, product architectures, state machines, exception handling, and reconciliation frameworks.
  • Excellent English communication skills for engagement with overseas brokers, vendors, and partner institutions.
  • Strong analytical attention to trading details and fund safety, cross-functional alignment, and complex project management.

Benefits

  • Benefits include a professional development fund, internal events, global collaboration, career advancement, and internal mobility.
