Guest service and order handling
- Present menus, answer questions, and recommend items based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate special requests or dietary needs to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, with correct presentation and temperature.
- Enter orders accurately into the restaurant POS system.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, check on tables, refill beverages, and clear empty dishes.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely order delivery.
- Build guest rapport, handle concerns professionally, and escalate complaints to management when necessary.
- Share information about promotions, special events, and new menu items.
Dining area and teamwork
- Assist colleagues during busy periods and work with kitchen, bar, and other staff to provide a cohesive guest experience.
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback for service improvements.
- Keep food service areas and workstations clean and organized, following food-handling and safety guidelines.
- Prepare tables with utensils, napkins, and glassware, then clean and reset tables efficiently.
Experience and skills
- Previous UAE experience in a restaurant or food-service role is preferred.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail are required, particularly for food presentation and order accuracy.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift and carry heavy food trays.
- Willingness to assist kitchen and service teams is expected.
- Candidates should be available to join immediately.
Pay
- AED 2,300–2,700 per month.

- Work is in person in Abu Dhabi.
