Work location
- The role is in person in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Prepare pizzas and pasta according to standardized recipes; make fresh dough, pasta, sauces, and toppings.
- Maintain quality, presentation, consistency, kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment organization.
- Manage stock and supplies, report replenishment needs, and store, label, and handle ingredients properly.
- Control portions and food waste; handle dietary requests and prepare orders accurately.
- Support busy service and special functions; coordinate timely delivery with the Head Chef and service team.
- Cooperate with management and team members and perform related duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience as a Pizza Chef, Pasta Chef, or in a similar culinary role.
- Good knowledge of dough preparation, pasta making, and Italian culinary techniques; knowledge of pizza ovens and standard kitchen equipment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills; ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and food presentation; flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Hotel, restaurant, or café experience is preferred; relevant culinary or food safety certification is an advantage.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,500–3,500 per month.
