The Driving Range Assistant supports daily driving range operations, assists customers and golfers, and maintains the range area.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers and golfers with general driving range needs.
- Provide and collect golf balls, baskets, tees, and other range equipment.
- Maintain and organize the driving range, hitting bays, and surrounding areas.
- Keep equipment available and in good condition, and keep customer areas clean and safe.
- Provide basic information about range facilities and services, and handle requests professionally.
- Monitor the range and report damaged equipment, safety concerns, or maintenance issues.
- Prepare the range before opening and during operations; support busy periods, events, tournaments, and special activities.
- Follow health, safety, and operational procedures and coordinate with the range supervisor and team.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a driving range, golf club, sports facility, hospitality, or customer service role.
- Good communication and customer service skills; physical fitness and comfort working outdoors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to cleanliness, safety, and organization; responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of or interest in golf is an advantage; previous driving range or golf club experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000–2,300 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
