The role handles customer orders, bar stock, bar-area upkeep, and daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, juices, soft drinks, coffee, and other beverages.
- Take and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently; maintain beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Keep the bar, equipment, and work area clean and organized.
- Check and manage stock, ingredients, glassware, and supplies; alert management when replenishment is needed.
- Store and handle beverages and ingredients properly, minimize wastage, and use supplies appropriately.
- Handle customer requests and support events, functions, and busy service periods.
- Coordinate with the Head Chef and service team and cooperate with management and colleagues.
- Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, beverages, bar service, bar equipment, and beverage preparation techniques.
- Good communication and customer service skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, café, or bar is preferred.
- Relevant hospitality or bartending certification is an advantage.
Work location
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,200–3,500 per month.
