The role requires efficient work in a professional kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Continental, Asian, European, and other international dishes as required.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion sizes, and presentation; follow standardized recipes and quality standards.
- Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and introducing new dishes.
- Prepare and serve meals within required timeframes.
- Monitor ingredient quality, freshness, and availability.
- Maintain proper food storage, labeling, stock rotation, and handling; monitor inventory and minimize waste.
- Keep kitchen workstations, utensils, and equipment clean and organized.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, HACCP, and applicable UAE food-safety requirements.
- Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team and support other kitchen duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- At least two years of professional-kitchen experience as an International Chef, Multi-Cuisine Chef, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines, cooking techniques, ingredients, and food presentation.
- Ability to prepare dishes from multiple cuisines while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Hotel, restaurant, catering, or similar food-service experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of food safety, kitchen hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Understanding of food storage, inventory management, and waste control.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Culinary qualifications or food-safety certification are an advantage.
- Must be available to join immediately.

- Pay is AED 3,000–3,500 per month; salary is based on experience and skills.
