Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout the kitchen and related work areas.
Support the kitchen team in daily operations; freshers are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, and work surfaces.
- Maintain clean kitchen floors, walls, sinks, and storage areas; wash, dry, and organize crockery, cutlery, and equipment.
- Store cleaning tools properly; collect and dispose of kitchen waste according to hygiene procedures.
- Assist kitchen staff in maintaining clean workstations during food preparation and service.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and store them safely.
- Follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Report damaged equipment, maintenance requirements, and safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods and perform other related duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Previous Kitchen Steward or similar experience is advantageous but not mandatory; freshers are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and sanitation is preferred.
- Physically fit to perform cleaning duties throughout the shift and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, punctual, willing to learn, a good team worker, and attentive to detail.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required; available for immediate joining.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000–2,300 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi.
