The Revenue Analyst supports the Corporate Revenue Management team in maximizing revenue and profitability across an assigned Rixos Hotels portfolio.
The role is based in Dubai and provides reporting, forecasting support, market analysis and recommendations for pricing, inventory and distribution decisions.
The analyst works with hotel Revenue Management, Reservations, Sales, Marketing and Finance teams.

The Revenue Analyst supports the Corporate Revenue Management team in maximizing revenue and profitability across an assigned Rixos Hotels portfolio.
The role is based in Dubai and provides reporting, forecasting support, market analysis and recommendations for pricing, inventory and distribution decisions.
The analyst works with hotel Revenue Management, Reservations, Sales, Marketing and Finance teams.
Revenue analysis and forecasting
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports and dashboards; monitor hotel KPIs and explain performance variances, risks and opportunities.
- Support forecasts, budgets and business plans; review booking trends, seasonality, booking windows and length of stay.
- Maintain historical data and analytical models, monitor actual performance against forecasts and flag changes for review.
Pricing, inventory and distribution
- Analyse demand and competitor pricing; support room-rate, restriction and inventory recommendations and assess room mix, upselling and length-of-stay opportunities.
- Evaluate group enquiries, contracted business and promotions through displacement and profitability analysis; review the impact of pricing decisions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, events, benchmarking, channel mix, commissions, acquisition costs and rate parity.
- Assess business sources including direct bookings, online travel agencies, tour operators and wholesalers.
Portfolio coordination and data quality
- Analyse all-inclusive packages and ancillary revenue opportunities with Finance and hotel teams.
- Consolidate hotel submissions, prepare presentations for revenue reviews and commercial meetings, and track agreed actions.
- Validate data from property management, reservations, revenue management and business intelligence systems; coordinate corrections and support reporting improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality of commercial information and comply with company policies.
