The Senior Sales Manager develops sales strategies, grows revenue, builds client relationships, and identifies business opportunities to achieve commercial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets; expand the customer base through new opportunities, segments, and prospective clients.
- Build relationships with existing clients, corporate accounts, and business partners; lead the sales team toward individual and departmental targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments; prepare forecasts, budgets, reports, and performance analyses.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions; collaborate on promotions and sales opportunities.
- Monitor KPIs, implement corrective action, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Maintain client databases, sales records, and pipeline reports; represent the company at industry events as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant sales experience; leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Proven sales-target achievement and revenue growth; strong communication, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant sales or CRM systems; strong business acumen and long-term client relationship skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and deliver in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.
