Retail Operations Coordinator

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Handle daily operational inquiries from assigned stores and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
• Communicate promotions, signage plans, and launch information; follow up on timelines.
• Support store openings and product launches, validating signage, layouts, and merchandising execution.
• Review store photos and audits for brand compliance and provide feedback.
• Track replenishment and coordinate restocks of non-SKU items.
• Monitor SOPs and checklists, flag deviations, route issues, and follow through to resolution.
• Gather field feedback to improve processes, launch execution, and strategic decisions.

Qualifications and experience

• 1–3 years in retail operations, retail coordination, or project management.
• Retail network or multi-store experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities.
• Relationship-building and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently and follow through.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Sheets and Docs.
• Project management tools and Shopify, Storis, or Fulfil.io familiarity are a plus.

Compensation

• Salary range is $45,000–$55,000 annually; actual salary may vary based on location, skills, education, experience, working conditions, and local labor market.
