E-Commerce Coordinator

Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize website navigation, landing pages, and merchandising updates.
• Maintain accurate, consistent, and optimized product detail pages.
• Prepare e-commerce performance reports covering sales, website performance, and key metrics.
• Monitor website performance and escalate unusual trends or issues.
• Coordinate SEO and AEO work with copywriters, developers, and performance marketing.
• Coordinate promotional setup, execution, and pricing files.
• Perform QA testing before and after launches.
• Coordinate timelines for campaigns, launches, and site updates.
• Research competitors and emerging home furnishings and e-commerce opportunities.
• Support UX optimization for conversion, usability, and the customer journey.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree or diploma in marketing, e-commerce, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience, including work, internship, or co-op experience.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, analytics, communication, and project-management abilities.
• Comfort using Shopify, WordPress, Figma, Google Workspace, and other digital tools.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or other analytics tools is an asset.
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices is an asset.

Compensation

• Salary range is $50,000 to $65,000 annually.
• Actual salary may vary by work location, skills, education, experience, working conditions, and local labour market.
