Logistics and fulfillment responsibilities

  • Send retail replenishment purchase orders to warehouse partners and coordinate inventory relabeling.
  • Schedule and track transportation from warehouses to distribution centers for accurate, on-time deliveries.
  • Coordinate inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and keep distribution-center records and order-management data current.
  • Support daily retail logistics, respond to escalations, and identify process improvements.
  • Assist with new store openings and manage setup and teardown for planned warehouse sales.
  • Monitor White Glove order flow, including Customer Service exchange orders.
  • Troubleshoot shipping delays, inventory shortages, labeling errors, and other fulfillment issues.
  • Serve as a contact for store managers and distribution-center teams on inventory and replenishment.
  • Manage retail and partner dropship orders and resolve fulfillment issues.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, order, and shipment data across internal tools.
  • Onboard carrier partners, monitor service-level agreements, and help reduce operating costs.
  • Coordinate transfers between third-party logistics providers and distribution centers; collaborate across Merchandising, Customer Service, and Retail Operations, and support workflow streamlining and automation.

Qualifications and experience

  • 1–3 years in logistics, supply chain, or operations; e-commerce is preferred, while transportation, distribution, warehousing, or other operations experience is an asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with third-party logistics providers and carriers.
  • Proficiency with browser- and mobile-based tools, especially Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Able to manage shifting priorities, make independent decisions, work independently, and collaborate with teams.

Compensation

  • Annual salary range is $45,000–$55,000; actual pay may vary based on work location, skills, education, experience, working conditions, and local labor market.

Benefits and development

  • Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and paid time off; employee product discounts and a mattress and bedding set are offered after the probationary period.
  • The company highlights inclusive culture, internal growth opportunities, training support, a learning platform, and work-life balance.
