About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and support the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure all team members adhere to company service standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and on-the-job training.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Oversee table allocation, reservations, and seating arrangements.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are consistently maintained.
• Assist with staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and shift planning.
• Support inventory management, stock control, and operational reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum **2–3 years of experience** as a Restaurant Supervisor or Team Leader in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Fluent in **Arabic and English** (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using POS systems and handling daily restaurant operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• UAE hospitality experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Japanese, Asian, or casual dining restaurant concepts.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards.
