About The Role
SLRP Ramen & Rolls Bar is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused **Junior Waiters/Waitresses** to join our team in Al Ain.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in hospitality while delivering excellent service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist guests with seating and menu inquiries.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently during and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
- Assist senior waitstaff and supervisors during busy service periods.
- Ensure guest requests are handled promptly and professionally.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company operational standards.
- Support the team in delivering a seamless dining experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a customer-focused mindset.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Basic English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in restaurants, cafés, or food service establishments.
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine concepts is an advantage.
- UAE hospitality experience is a plus.
