About The Role
SLRP Ramen & Rolls Bar is looking for energetic, service-oriented, and passionate **Waiters/Waitresses** to join our team in Al Ain.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest experiences by delivering friendly, attentive, and efficient service while maintaining the highest hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional dining experience.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations when required.
- Accurately take and process food and beverage orders through the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are maintained.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address requests or concerns efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting according to restaurant standards.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company operational standards.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- UAE hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Experience in casual dining or Japanese restaurant concepts is preferred.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
