About The Role
SLRP Ramen & Rolls Bar is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused **Restaurant Cashier** to join our team in Al Ain.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions accurately, providing excellent service, and supporting smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately and efficiently.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and exchange transactions as required.
- Maintain an accurate cash float and reconcile cash at the end of each shift.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Assist with dine-in, takeaway, and delivery order coordination.
- Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly in the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station.
- Support the restaurant team during busy service periods.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and cash-handling standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Cashier in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- UAE hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
