Recruitment Manager – Residential Real Estate Start-Up - Dubai
**Employment Type:** Full-time
**Salary:** AED 12,000 - AED 14,000 per month (depending on experience)
The Role
We are an ambitious new real estate agency in Dubai looking for an experienced and proactive Recruitment Manager to support the growth of our expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong recruitment and onboarding experience who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and enjoys building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for real estate agents and support staff
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard new agents
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment pipeline effectively
- Arrange visa applications and onboarding documentation
- Process and coordinate RERA and Trakheesi applications
- Maintain accurate recruitment and compliance records
- Organise inductions, training sessions, and onboarding schedules
- Monitor new agent performance and integration into the business
- Prepare recruitment and performance reports for management
- Support management with agent retention strategies and performance reviews
- Ensure all new joiners are fully set up and compliant from day one
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR management within the UAE
- Real estate recruitment experience is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of UAE onboarding and visa processes
- Knowledge of RERA and Trakheesi procedures preferred
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Confident, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong administrative and reporting abilities
- Experience working in a sales-driven or target-focused environment
