Recruitment Manager – Real Estate
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Recruitment Manager
to join our well established real estate organization.
This role will be responsible for leading end-to-end talent acquisition strategies, with a strong focus on hiring high-performing professionals within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract top talent across sales, leasing, property management, and corporate functions
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with senior leadership to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities
- Manage recruitment metrics, reporting, and continuous process improvements
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team (if applicable)
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, within real estate industry
- Proven track record of hiring for sales-driven roles
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and talent landscape
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Skills
- Strong networking and headhunting abilities
- Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics
- Leadership and team management experience
