HR and Recruitment Manager

About This Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR & Recruitment Manager to join our team at our Dubai Fountain Views office. The role involves full-cycle recruitment and HR consulting for a range of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and retention strategies
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with business goals
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure hiring of high-quality talent across departments
• Partner with senior management to support workforce planning and organizational development
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Drive performance management systems, including appraisals, KPIs, and development plans
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies
• Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and leave management
• Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee capability and engagement
• Promote a positive workplace culture and lead employee engagement initiatives
• Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to management to support decision-making
• Support change management and organizational restructuring when required
• Client liaison and role briefing
• General HR advisory services

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR and recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional, organised, and target-driven
• Knowledge of UAE labour law

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
