Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced **Recruitment Manager** specializing in blue-collar hiring to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities for construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing large volumes of workforce, coordinating overseas and local recruitment drives, managing manpower agencies, and ensuring timely mobilization of candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar workforce including masons, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, steel fixers, drivers, helpers, operators, and other site personnel.
- Coordinate with project teams and department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with overseas recruitment agencies and local manpower suppliers.
- Conduct candidate screening, trade test coordination, interviews, and selection processes.
- Handle bulk hiring campaigns and workforce mobilization for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ensure proper documentation, visa processing coordination, onboarding, and deployment of selected candidates.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs such as turnaround time, mobilization status, and hiring costs.
- Maintain an updated database of candidates, manpower suppliers, and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment, preferably in construction or infrastructure industry.
- Strong knowledge of overseas recruitment processes and manpower mobilization.
- Experience handling bulk hiring and coordination with recruitment agencies.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and onboarding formalities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tracking systems.
- Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
