About This Role
Mission
- HR cum Recruiter Manager main mission is to provide daily support to the HR department of Be Relax Middle East (Dubai, Doha & Muscat).
- The goal of the HR would be to have a clear and accurate follow-up of each employee to accompany them through all their career.
- The Human Resources manager will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Manage administrative documentation for new employees (bank account opening, insurance addition & deletion).
- Responsible for updating and maintaining trackers for annual leave, sick leave, medical insurance, company insurance, trade license, and invoices.
- Update provisions file and coordinate with the accounting team regarding all files related to the accounts department.
- Assist in payroll processing, including preparation of payroll files, WPS files, payslips, and attendance management for Be Relax Middle East employees.
- Support the recruitment process, including CV screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and maintaining recruitment trackers.
- Assist in various HR projects (employee engagement surveys, annual appraisal campaigns, newsletters, etc.).
- Responsible for managing Be Relax insurance renewals, including requesting and comparing quotations.
- Assist in organizing seminars, trainings, and company events

Academic Education & Background
- Bachelor or Master Degree
- 2/3 years experience in HR Management required
- Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
