Temporary Recruiter joining the Talent Acquisition team.
Primarily recruits corporate roles in Marketing, Finance, and IT, with potential work across HR, Legal, software engineering, and client success.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting and establish search strategies based on job requirements, business needs, and the talent market.
- Review applicants; source candidates through databases, social media, networking events, and other sources; conduct in-depth interviews.
- Communicate with candidates and hiring managers, present offers, explain and negotiate compensation packages and start dates.
- Use recruiting tools, including Jobvite ATS and UKG HRIS.
- Participate in campus recruiting activities and promote the employer brand and employee referral program.
- Educate candidates about company culture, benefits, and expectations; develop pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Assist with recruiting across functions and roles as business needs require.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
- At least 2 years of corporate recruiting experience working with senior-level hiring managers.
- Experience using recruiting tools and systems; Jobvite experience is a plus.
- Experience managing multiple job openings and sourcing and engaging high-caliber passive talent.
- Strong prioritization, customer service, communication, collaboration, work ethic, and integrity.
- Ability to partner with and interface with management and leadership at all levels; results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
Compensation
- Listed salary range is USD 60,000–65,000 yearly.
