Overview

We are looking for a motivated and organized Recruiter to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates across multiple departments.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience with full-cycle recruiting, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare and extend job offers and negotiate employment terms when appropriate.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay informed about industry trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs and networking events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting across multiple industries or departments.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools.
