Marketing Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, web, and offline channels.
• Manage the company's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials.
• Lead lead-generation initiatives to support business development and sales targets.
• Oversee content creation, including website content, social media posts, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Manage and optimize the company's digital presence, including website, SEO, SEM, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, KPIs, ROI, and marketing effectiveness.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, media partners, and vendors.
• Organize and manage corporate events, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
• Develop customer engagement and retention strategies to strengthen brand loyalty.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems.
• Strong leadership, project management, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and creative thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and similar tools.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
