We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute the company's marketing initiatives, strengthen brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels while managing campaigns, content, and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, web, and offline channels.
- Manage the company's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials.
- Lead lead-generation initiatives to support business development and sales targets.
- Oversee content creation, including website content, social media posts, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Manage and optimize the company's digital presence, including website, SEO, SEM, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, KPIs, ROI, and marketing effectiveness.
- Coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, media partners, and vendors.
- Organize and manage corporate events, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Develop customer engagement and retention strategies to strengthen brand loyalty.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and brand guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems.
- Strong leadership, project management, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and creative thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and similar tools.
- Excellent command of English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
