Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving sales targets while representing the company professionally in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and client visits.
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements in coordination with internal teams.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure successful service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Attend business events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote the company's services.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and business development reports for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and client management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Excellent command of English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
- Experience in Facilities Management, Aviation, Hospitality, Transportation, Technology, ELV Systems, Security Solutions, Parking Management, or Service Industries.
- Strong network of corporate clients within the UAE market.
- Knowledge of UAE business practices and market dynamics.
