About This Role
FunClub Hospitality & Events is seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations and ensure a positive experience for all guests and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Support general administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of office software
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Previous experience is a plus
