About This Role

Job Title: Receptionist

About Us
We are a professional and customer-focused organization committed to delivering excellent service. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage appointments and maintain schedules
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Provide basic administrative and clerical support

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Nationality Preferred:Philippines
  • Immediate joiners preferred
