Position: Receptionist (Fitness Center)
Salary: 3,000 QAR
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Break: 1 hour

Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and friendly female Arabic Receptionist to join our fitness center. This individual will be the first point of contact for our clients and will provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors as they enter the fitness center.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
• Handle check-ins and membership registrations.
• Provide information about services, classes, and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the daily calendar.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous manner.
• Support the team in general administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients professionally.
• A presentable and professional attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid Qatar ID (QID) required.
