Job Description:

Eden Health Center is seeking for a professional and organized Medical Receptionist with a healthcare background to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service while efficiently managing front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient check-ins/check-outs
• Handle phone calls, inquiries, and correspondence
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Process billing, insurance details, and payments when required

Requirements:

• Female candidate (as per role requirement)
• Previous experience in a healthcare or medical setting is mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in computer systems and medical scheduling software
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
