Position: Hostess / (Fine dining Restaurant)

Job Role: As the first and last point of contact, the Hostess serves as the face of our establishment. Located in Doha. You will be responsible for orchestrating the flow of the dining room while making every guest feel like a VIP. No prior experience is required; we provide world-class training for individuals with a warm heart and a sharp mind.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Signature Welcome: Greet guests with poise and genuine warmth, ensuring a sophisticated first impression that aligns with a high-end atmosphere.
• Flow Orchestration: Manage the seating chart and "pace" the dining room to ensure the service team and kitchen can maintain peak performance without delays.
• Digital Reservation Mastery: Learn to utilize premium booking platforms (like SevenRooms or OpenTable) to record guest preferences, allergies, and special occasions.
• The Information Hub: Provide clear, professional information over the phone regarding menu concepts, dietary accommodations, and our restaurant’s dress code.
• Guest Recognition: Proactively identify regular patrons and VIPs, ensuring their specific seating preferences are met before they even step through the door.
• Area Presentation: Maintain a flawless reception desk and ensure that all physical menus are pristine, organized, and ready for service.
• Collaborative Spirit: Communicate effectively with the floor manager and servers to ensure a seamless transition from the "Welcome" to the "Dining" experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• The "People" Factor: You must possess a naturally outgoing and empathetic personality. We are looking for someone who finds genuine joy in social interaction and can read a room's energy.
• Cultural & Lingual Fluidity: High proficiency in English is essential for our international clientele. Arabic is highly preferred. You must be comfortable interacting with diverse cultures with grace and respect.
• The Growth Mindset: While experience isn't required, a "sponge-like" willingness to learn is. You should have a sharp eye for detail and the ability to maintain professional grooming standards at all times.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
