Position: **Hostess / (Fine dining Restaurant)**

**Job Role:** As the first and last point of contact, the **Hostess** serves as the face of our establishment.

Located in Doha.

You will be responsible for orchestrating the flow of the dining room while making every guest feel like a VIP.

No prior experience is required; we provide world-class training for individuals with a warm heart and a sharp mind.

Key Responsibilities**

  • **The Signature Welcome:** Greet guests with poise and genuine warmth, ensuring a sophisticated first impression that aligns with a high-end atmosphere.
  • **Flow Orchestration:** Manage the seating chart and "pace" the dining room to ensure the service team and kitchen can maintain peak performance without delays.
  • **Digital Reservation Mastery:** Learn to utilize premium booking platforms (like SevenRooms or OpenTable) to record guest preferences, allergies, and special occasions.
  • **The Information Hub:** Provide clear, professional information over the phone regarding menu concepts, dietary accommodations, and our restaurant’s dress code.
  • **Guest Recognition:** Proactively identify regular patrons and VIPs, ensuring their specific seating preferences are met before they even step through the door.
  • **Area Presentation:** Maintain a flawless reception desk and ensure that all physical menus are pristine, organized, and ready for service.
  • **Collaborative Spirit:** Communicate effectively with the floor manager and servers to ensure a seamless transition from the "Welcome" to the "Dining" experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • **The "People" Factor:** You must possess a naturally outgoing and empathetic personality. We are looking for someone who finds genuine joy in social interaction and can read a room's energy.
  • **Cultural & Lingual Fluidity:** High proficiency in English is essential for our international clientele. Arabic is highly preferred. You must be comfortable interacting with diverse cultures with grace and respect.
  • **The Growth Mindset:** While experience isn't required, a "sponge-like" willingness to learn is. You should have a sharp eye for detail and the ability to maintain professional grooming standards at all times.
  • Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
