Job Description
We are currently looking for a professional and experienced **Female Receptionist** to join our team in Qatar.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a medical environment and possess strong communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients / visitors professionally
- Handle appointments, calls, and inquiries
- Manage front desk operations efficiently
- Maintain patient records and basic administrative tasks
- Coordinate with medical staff and management
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in a **Medical Center, Clinic, or Hospital**
- **Fluent in Arabic and English** (spoken and written preferred)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Immediate joining preferred
Job Details
- **Duty Hours:** 8 Hours per Day
- **Weekly Off:** 1 Day
- **Overtime:** If duty extends to 10 hours, overtime will be provided as per company policy
- **Salary:** QAR 3,500 Full Package
