Day-to-day responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Stay current on market trends and provide accurate, data-driven advice.
- Match clients with suitable properties.
- Negotiate sales contract terms and conditions on clients' behalf.
- Prepare and review required documentation, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
- Facilitate signing and manage paperwork through deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles; real estate experience is a plus but not required.
- A UAE driving license and access to a car are preferred.
- Professional appearance and a client-focused attitude.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong interest in a career in Dubai real estate.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence, proactivity, and performance- and target-oriented motivation.
