The property consultant guides clients through buying, selling, leasing, or investing in Dubai properties.
Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their needs and preferences; match them with properties and organize viewings.
- Track market trends and provide accurate, data-driven advice.
- Create and manage rental and sales listings.
- Negotiate rental agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients.
- Prepare and review required documents for accuracy and legal compliance; facilitate signing and paperwork through deal closure.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals.
Candidate requirements
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience; real estate experience is a plus but not required.
- A UAE driving license and access to a car are preferred.
- Professional appearance, client-focused attitude, and strong interest in a Dubai real estate career.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; confident, proactive, and target-driven.
