The Leasing Property Consultant guides clients through renting and leasing properties in Dubai.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their rental needs and preferences.
- Track rental trends and provide accurate, data-driven advice.
- Match tenants with suitable properties and organize viewings.
- Create and manage rental property listings.
- Negotiate rental terms for landlords and tenants.
- Prepare and review tenancy contracts and documents for accuracy and legal compliance.
- Facilitate signing and manage paperwork through deal closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and industry professionals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is required; real estate or leasing experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- A UAE driving license and access to a car are preferred.
- Professional appearance and a client-focused attitude are requested.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
