The Mortgage Broker specializes in home loans and compares options to identify suitable loans for customers’ financial circumstances.
The role supports real estate agents and their clients in meeting financing goals.
Responsibilities
- Meet performance targets, prospect, and organize meetings.
- Fact-find to establish clients’ current finances and future aspirations.
- Provide independent mortgage advice and explain available mortgage types.
- Explain required insurance products to help clients make informed choices.
- Coordinate with estate agents, lenders, solicitors, and insurance providers.
- Complete regulatory documentation on time.
- Present results at monthly meetings to the Sales Manager and support additional income streams.
- Maintain financial services knowledge and promote company values and the FAM brand.
Key skills and experience
- Previous work in banking or sales is requested.
- Strong communication, listening, customer service, and explanation skills.
- Organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
- Interest in the financial sector and ability to demonstrate excellence in the candidate’s field.
