Full-time, in-person role for quantity surveying and MEP estimation work.

Duties and responsibilities
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare cost estimates and bills of quantities for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.
- Perform quantity take-offs from project drawings.
- Obtain and analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare tender submissions and cost breakdowns.
- Coordinate with procurement, design, and project teams.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.
- Maintain records of estimates, prices, and project data.
