Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based in Abu Dhabi.

The Quantity Surveyor will prepare, review, and update Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and budgets for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring project costs, verifying quantities, evaluating variations, preparing interim and final payment applications, and maintaining accurate cost records.

The role involves supporting tender preparation, analyzing subcontractor and supplier quotations, and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

The Quantity Surveyor will collaborate closely with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to maintain cost efficiency and support timely project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Cost Control and Cost Management for construction projects.
  • With 3 yrs Relevant experience
  • Candidates should possess solid experience with BOQ preparation, measurement, and verification.
  • Candidates should possess capabilities in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting, including budgeting and financial tracking.
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in construction estimating software and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of local building regulations, contracts, and procurement practices in the UAE.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Currently based in UAE
  • With valid Driving License
  • Able to attend personal Interview in UAE
