Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Storekeeper role based in Abu Dhabi.

The Storekeeper will manage day-to-day warehouse and store operations, including receiving, checking, and unloading materials and supplies in line with company procedures.

The role involves organizing and labeling stock, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring products are stored safely and efficiently.

The Storekeeper will prepare items for dispatch, including packing and coordinating with site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to project locations.

Additional responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, reporting shortages or discrepancies, operating material-handling equipment where authorized, and upholding safety and housekeeping standards in the storage areas.

Technical Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Construction materials (cement, steel, blocks, finishing materials, MEP items)
  • Inventory control and stock management
  • Material receiving and issuing procedures
  • Warehouse operations and logistics
  • Material preservation and storage methods
  • Demonstrated skills in Inventory Control and Inventory Management, including maintaining accurate stock records and reconciling physical counts with system data.
  • 5 years relevant experience in storekeeping
  • Previous experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar warehouse/store role, preferably within construction, contracting, or industrial environments.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Basic computer literacy for using inventory or ERP systems, and ability to generate simple stock and movement reports.
  • Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, including physical stamina to handle manual tasks and comply with health and safety standards.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or logistics training is beneficial.
  • Currently based in UAE
  • With valid driving License
