This is a full-time, on-site Health Safety Environment (HSE) Officer role based in Abu Dhabi.

The HSE Officer will monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across construction sites and refurbishment projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations, company policies, and client requirements.

Responsibilities include conducting site inspections and risk assessments, identifying hazards, recommending corrective actions, and following up on implementation.

The role also involves preparing and maintaining HSE documentation, incident reports, and safety statistics, as well as supporting audits and regulatory visits.

The HSE Officer will deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks, coordinate training programs, promote a strong safety culture among site teams, and collaborate with project managers and supervisors to integrate HSE best practices into day-to-day operations.
