Artisan Bakers is hiring a Quality Control Assistant to support food safety, quality, hygiene, and regulatory compliance across its food and beverage operations.
The work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Inspect food products, raw materials, packaging materials, and production areas; check quality, hygiene, temperature, storage, and handling.
- Assist with monitoring GMP, HACCP, food safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Record inspection results, deviations, and corrective actions; maintain QC records and reports.
- Support investigations of quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities, and assist with internal hygiene and quality audits.
- Monitor expiry dates, labeling, storage conditions, and traceability.
- Coordinate with Production, Kitchen, Warehouse, and other departments to resolve quality concerns; perform other assigned QC duties.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
