Role overview
Support food safety, quality, hygiene, and regulatory compliance across F&B operations.
Quality control duties
- Assist with daily inspections of food products, raw materials, and production areas.
- Check food quality, hygiene, temperature, storage, and handling practices.
- Monitor GMP, HACCP, food safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Check incoming raw materials and packaging against quality specifications.
- Record inspection results, deviations, and corrective actions accurately.
- Support investigations of quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities.
- Maintain QC records and reports; assist with internal hygiene and quality audits.
- Monitor expiry dates, labeling, storage conditions, and traceability.
- Coordinate with Production, Kitchen, Warehouse, and other departments to resolve quality concerns.
- Perform other QC-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
